Java Moon in Sheridan

Java moon has Fantastic food and coffee. It is a fun place to hang out and visit with friends. From a quick drink and snack to go or to sit down for a while, Java Moon has what you need. Tuesday Night is Java Jazz which is an extra treat for the musically inclined. Right on main street, additional parking in back. Outdoor seating in the front and back.October 2019 - Java Moon has been under new owners for several months now and the menu is changing. Burritos are bigger now and more wonderful than they were before.

This is my preferred place to go to meet friends and colleagues for coffee. Friendly staff, decent coffee and a great atmosphere.

Cool spot situated in the middle of America right in beautiful scenic Sheridan Wyoming! Good was good and prices were low. If I'm ever in town I'm definitely going back

Great place for coffee or breakfast. I had the breakfast burrito. It was awesome. My wife had the avacodo bacon sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread tasted like real bread. The flavors were great.

What a fantastic café. The breakfast was delicious, they have a good selection, and the espresso was incredible!

This was the best lunch stop/ find while we drove through Sheridan. Their sandwiches are absolutely amazing, and the side salad has a fabulous home made dressing. Highly recommend the cheesy big popper sandwich.

Java Moon needs signage. Told counter employee I drove up and down street several times looking for Java Moon. Abruptly and rudely she said, "it's on the front door", I went outside & looked at door. Yep ! It's on the door small letters that anyone with 20/20 vision WOULD. NOT see from the street. Even on the side walk. Ordered Latte & was horrible. Ordered Scone and it was dried out. Rudeness turns me more so than expensive tasteless Latte or dried-up Scone. Maybe if I were a recognized Local I would have had a better experience with Staff. The saving grace is the Fireplace and abundant comfortable seating & tables, leather sofas. Cozy atmosphere. I will try this establishment again, maybe Staff person was having a Terrible day. Don’t come here for the coffee. A good dark roast is smooth. This place didn’t pass the test. It’s hotel grade C-.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to! The food was fresh and delicious, the costumer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming!

Hot chocolate I ordered was not hot.

We found this place totally by accident as we were leaving Sheridan, WY after spending the night there. We each had the sausage quiche, which was excellent. Lots of delicious looking pastries, too. Place was popular with lots of folks coming and going. Nice ambiance. Definitely a repeat when we’re in the area.

Love their quiche and crescent pecan rolls. This is THE place to go and enjoy time visiting with friends and family. I have seen many birthday parti a held there. The staff is friendly and helpful. They remember your name and treat you like family. Reminds me of the Cheers theme song, “You want to go where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came.”

This place is a Sheridan classic worth a stop for breakfast or lunch. The staff is very friendly and the place has a chill, down home vibe. Bathroom is always tidy. Be prepared for a short wait if it’s a meal time but your food and coffee will be worth the wait!

The food was great and there were great seats outside to eat. The people serving were helpful and happy and the other patrons were more than willing to share their favorite place for breakfast.

Typically good food, a little concerned that the employee serving us wasn't wearing a mask.

I really love the atmosphere of this place, the decoration is unique and the seating is comfortable. It's a pretty large and open floor plan. There's quite a few options as far as pastries and coffee goes. I enjoyed the coffee, as it was decent. They have a good selection of breakfast/lunch as well, however I caution against the "Cinnamon roll & Cheese" sandwich. It's an interesting premise, but turned my stomach something fierce.Overall great little spot though.

The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The food is on the pricier side, but very good. They offer a variety of coffees and drinks, and various different breakfast/lunch options.

Cute place. I got a child brew coffee and a lemon bars. Both were excellent. The people were very friendly and it was a nice place to visit on my tour of Sheridan. I loved sitting outside watching people walk by.

Great little coffee shop to enjoy eating at. Everything is a little pricey, but you can get a truly delicious meal and great coffee from here. The atmosphere is a downtown coffee shop as well, with occasional pianists playing and the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Excellent service and atmosphere. Best freshly made coffee in Sheridan in my opinion. The food is homemade & delicious.

Just had coffee and Italian soda, but very refreshing. Read the menu and definitely want to come back for lunch or early supper.

I did not hate this place at all. Had coffee there this morning and enjoyed everything about the experience including the safety features i.e. masks & gloves & distancing. Love the new look!

This is a special little coffee house. It has a nice atmosphere and they serve everything you would expect a coffeehouse to have, and lunch.

I got a "french onion soup" here which was literally just brown broth with a couple onion bits, croutons and shredded cheese over the top. Totally gross and really overpriced. Their coffee is pretty middle of the road, but I wouldn't order a fancy drink here.

I'll be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of their coffee. However, everything else is great! The moonpies, while still very rich, aren't as heavy as you'd think and are very good. The rest of the pastries are of equal quality and their lunch items are great as well. I do like their selection of tea and their Italian soda is very good.

Can't go wrong with any selection of food here. Hard to choose from so many choices. Coffee is the best, atmosphere is great, have to sometimes wait to get seating because it is a very popular place. One of my favorite places to go.

Great little find! Driving through town and the wife and I decided to stop in. Glad we did - coffee’s were great. I had the sandwich and wife had the salad. Both excellent. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Nice to find local places that aren’t a chain too. A+
